Best 4 Steps – For You
1. On waking, realise that today is a brand new day – full of possibility and choice. Give thanks for this new day 🙂
2. Stop in the silence (silence is golden) and think over your brand new day and how you will do it in the best way.
3. Then, when you are ready, and not a moment before – begin – Launch yourself into the world. This is the day.
4. Check in on you throughout the day, this doesn’t need to take long. Just stop and see how you are going when thinking about what your projections for today are. Remember, earlier this morning. See each experience as the opportunity to carry out what your intention is for today and acknowledge all that is going well.
By following these 4 simple steps you will start to be filled with a deep sense of gratitude towards you, your family and friends, your life and become more open to welcoming all the good that is on offer to each of us.

You are a Masterpiece
Yes, indeed you are truly a Masterpiece-and given a chance at brand new life each and every day !
How do I hear you say ? It can be as as simple as being open and willing to learn from each and every day and so live the joyfull life you deserve.
Give thanks for your eyes and see those around you with love.
Give thanks for your ears and hearing (this one is especially for my dear Dad) and hear one another with understanding.
Offer thanks for our mouths, our mouths that have the ability to speak to others with compassion, our hands to heal and our feet, to walk this Earth in Peace.
