If you are not sure what your next step is stop for a moment and create in your mind a picture of what your best ever year looks like.  Give yourself some time to think over this and remember there is always help at hand.

Prepare for your best Christmas ever ??

That’s right ; each and every day.

Craft your daily actions and thoughts with care and know that you are free to choose wisely,

how and with whom to share your light, well !

Colour surrounds us in so many ways – in the foods that we eat, in the plants and trees  in our gardens, in our homes and in the clothes that we choose to wear each day, and these are only some ways that colour shows up in our lives.

Without colour – I suggest it be unimaginably lifeless and that is why it is useful to stop and have a think about how and where you make good use of all the colours of the rainbow, in your life.

Money makes the World go round !!  Yes it does.
Do I have your attention now ?  Is this something that would interest you ?
Now, I make no claim to be a financial wizard .
I do have however, some varied experiences – both good and bad, on learning to manage and manifest money well and with this in mind am very happy to share what I am learning with you !
We start off with a few simple questions ?
• Do you know how much money you have in your pocket right now ?
• Do you know how much money is coming to you in the next month ?

This may seem way to simple, but an excellent place to start.

• How does your home and office look – clean and clear – another great way to welcome more abundance and wealth into your world.
• How often do you pay attention to your finance / money ? This is undoubtedly one of THE best tips – pay attention to your planning and your money  and your money will pay attention to you in return.  Be thank filled each and every time you pay a bill and when you pay with cash too !  Rejoice in this revelation go on get to it !!

• Be willing to commit to spending a day each week, fortnight, month and go through and get all your financial records in order ; according to your needs.
• How many more ways can you think of to pay attention to and create more money ?
The more we create the more we will then give back for the greatest good of all !  Happy Planning !

Stay in touch with your kids always – keep the paths of communication open and while you are doing this,

stay in touch with your very own inner child :-

Finger paint more often, and

Finger point less 🙂

What would I know you may ask – well, I have been parenting and part of school systems for the last 25 years and have seen what a difference it can make in a young child’s life.

Here we are – the 2014 school year begins – let’s ACE IT !!

A – ACTIVE.  Keep your kids active and hydrated – helps in all areas-bodies and minds.

C – CREATE. Create a space of their own that is clear and quiet so  any work that needs doing can be done most calmly and effectively.  Nice to have the essential oils burning while they are at home too – good for everyone 🙂

E – Encourage and excel !  Be the best model you can be so that your children learn how best to care for themselves and for those around them.   Develop good habits, eat and sleep well,  teach your children how to relax and how best to have a working routine for their school week and develop those routines early.
