1. On waking, realise that today is a brand new day – full of possibility and choice. Give thanks for this new day 🙂
2. Stop in the silence (silence is golden) and think over your brand new day and how you will do it in the best way.
3. Then, when you are ready, and not a moment before – begin – Launch yourself into the world. This is the day.
4. Check in on you throughout the day, this doesn’t need to take long. Just stop and see how you are going when thinking about what your projections for today are. Remember, earlier this morning. See each experience as the opportunity to carry out what your intention is for today and acknowledge all that is going well.
By following these 4 simple steps you will start to be filled with a deep sense of gratitude towards you, your family and friends, your life and become more open to welcoming all the good that is on offer to each of us.

So today let’s talk about how to use Chakra Energy. Do you have a space a day set aside for you, your quiet time, a regular quiet time. If not, let it begin today.
Time for you and you alone, with no interruptions. Once you develop this habit, it will become as familiar as brushing your teeth, only much more effective, healthy and powerful, and if you choose, takes about the same amount of time as brushing 😉
So to begin, in your quiet space and time,
lie, sit or stand (wherever you feel most comfortable) and breathe, that’s right, breathe naturally, and notice what happens for you.
Notice the in-ness of this moment.
Allow the thoughts to come in and go out – in and out ; comfortably and easefully.
a great place to begin – and when you are ready you might like to feel the feelings, see the colours and the energies as they connect to you; to your body and mind, in your special daily energy ritual.
